1. Where We Ship:
Our office and warehouse is based in Cardiff, South Wales, UK. We ship across the mainland UK.
Free pickup at our store is available.
We aim to deliver your items within 1 - 2 business days. These delivery dates are approximate.
We currently do not ship to:
- Northern Ireland
- Channel Islands
- British Islands
- Scottish Islands
- Scottish Highlands
- British Forces Post Office Addresses
If you order before midday (12pm GMT), we will process your order on that same day.
The listed items are an exception:
- Flush & Fill Machines – 3 – 4 weeks approximate delivery.
We use third-party couriers for our mainland UK delivery. Our couriers can include FedEx and Palletways. Couriers may vary depending on order.
Our delivery prices are based on weight and/or size of items at checkout. Shipping rates may vary. Please read below for how we charge for shipping.
2. Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 1 - 2 working days. If you place an order after 12:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London), we will process it on the next business day.

- Free delivery is available on orders over £350.

We use FedEx and PalletWays to ensure reliable delivery.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
